The beauty of pain

Pain makes people silent. Pain breaks people and pain changes people.

Pain is an instrument of torture but pain can also be an instrument of grace. The pleasure of 2 adults produces an embryo but the pain of the mother produces the child.

It takes pain to break down but it also takes pain to break through. Fire burns wood but fire also refines gold. It all depends on what they are made of.

Pain is a process but pain is also the end of a process. To the soul who has mastered pain, there’s no other torment left to fear.

And there are many types of pain. Physical pain, emotional pain, psychological pains. But there’s no pain as worse as the pain of regret. Not even the best of doctors can save you from the torture of this pain.

It is this pain that makes you gnash your teeth and makes you groan in silence. The “would haves” and the “should haves”. The pain of “honest mistakes”. The pain of “how did I miss it?”. The pain of the past bottled in an envelope of regret. The blessing that became a curse.

But one way to heal from every pain is to let time breathe on you and let nature take care of you. To be still and let the waves carry you. Let the wind marry you and let nature cover you. When your strength can no longer carry you, learn to float.

You will be fine, and the beauty of life is that life is an art. It can make beauty out of every ashes. You won’t die. Not now. All hope is not lost. Not yet.

Relax. Breathe. Survive.

Your body can bear it. It’s your mind you need to convince.
